All positions are remote positions and can be worked from anywhere in Aus!

Kailani is looking for a consultant wholesale manager who can handle ALL of our current and new wholesale accounts. Our wholesale side of the business is growing rapidly and I need someone who can manage the accounts, respond to enquires and handle the orders of my stockists. We have loads of new wholesale enquires coming in and need someone who can vet applications and onboard these new stockists. You will also reach out to potential stores for wholesale to continue to grow our wholesale database. The right person for this position will have exception customer service skills as you will be point of contact for all brands interacting with Kailani. I am also looking out for someone who is interested in their own personal growth, and has a Spiritual sense helping flourish a connection with me (Alicia) and the brand.

• This position is commission based and income is solely based on how well you can grow the wholesale sector of the business
• Must have own ABN
• Experience with online brands preferred
• Experience with wholesale processes will be an advantage
• Experience with Instagram as this can be incorporated into the outreach strategy
• Experience with Shopify would be an advantage but not nessecary
• Experience with Gmail

Kailani is looking for a creative and experienced marketing consultant. I am looking for someone who can CREATE with The founder, a marketing plan in all aspects of email campaigns, sale and relevant holiday campaigns, promotional giveaways and collaborations, paid advertising organisation and help create ideas and customer research and plans for content creation. You must then execute this plan, that bundles all of these elements in together.

I want to build Kailani’s team based off my values. The right person will be friendly but excel in being professional as I love to build my working relationships based on friendship. I also want someone who is interested in their own personal growth, and has a spiritual sense helping flourish a connection with me (Alicia) and the brand.

• Experience in marketing for online brands
• Experience with Klaviyo and email campaign creation
• Has a creative side and can bring exciting fresh ideas to Kailani
• Facebook & Instagram ads (a bonus & will be highly regarded, but essential)
• Must have ABN

This position is for a consultant and you must have your own ABN.
