Returns & Exchanges

It’s important to me that you love your piece from Kailani The Label. As each item is handmade, I take great care in crafting and checking it before it leaves my studio. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, I do accept returns under the conditions below.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear.

  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email me at hello@kailanithelabel.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. I’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and I recommend using a trackable service. If a return does not reach me, I cannot issue a refund.


Refunds

  • Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll be notified by email once finalised.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like an exchange, please mention this in your return request email along with the item you’d like instead.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please email hello@kailanithelabel.com with a photo of the issue before using the product.

  • If confirmed, I’ll happily replace the item (if stock is available) or issue a refund once it’s returned.

Please note: As every hide is unique, natural colour variations, small marks, and grain differences are a normal characteristic of genuine leather — these are not considered faults, but part of the beauty of handmade.
