Do you accept returns?
Yes, It is important to me that all my customers are 100% happy with their purchase. I will accept returns within 14 days, as long as they meet the return requirements.
How Do I Return An Item
To return an item you need to email email@example.com
I will reply as soon as possible with details of your return & postal address to send your return back to.
For a refund or exchange, your item must be in original unused condition.
For any returns you will be responsible for shipping charges on unwanted items.
I recommend sending via trackable post to ensure item isn’t lost. If a package does not reach our HQ safely we will be unable to complete a refund.
How Will I Be Refunded?
Once I have received the item, I will process a refund. This will be credited to your original method of payment minus all shipping charges.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
Can I Exchange An Item?
Certainly. When emailing your return request please advise you would like an exchange and details of the item you would like to exchange it for.
What If My Item Is Faulty?
If you receive an item that is faulty we are sorry we missed this. Please do not use and email a photo of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your item will be replaced if stock is available, if unavailable we will refund you once faulty item has been returned.
*Please note: Please note that no two leathers are dyed the same, and colour variances can occur between each batch. Hide marks & imperfections are not considered a fault.
