Shipping Policy

Every piece from Kailani The Label is handmade in my FNQ studio. I carefully package and ship your order myself — so while I do my best to get things out quickly, I ask for a little grace knowing this is a one-woman show.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow your parcel via auspost.com.au.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary.


International Shipping

  • International orders are generally shipped with Australia Post. Courier options are available — please contact me for a quote.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number, though in some countries tracking may stop updating once the parcel leaves Australia.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, though some destinations and customs processes may take up to 4 weeks.

Customs & Duties

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are not refundable by Kailani The Label.


Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned because duties/taxes weren’t paid, delivery was refused, the address was incorrect, or it went unclaimed:

    • The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

    • Refunds are only processed once the item is returned safely in original condition, minus shipping costs.

    • If you’d prefer to have the order re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.


Delivery Terms

  • Delivery estimates start from the date of dispatch.

  • Kailani The Label is not responsible for postal or customs delays.

  • If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but goes missing, Kailani The Label cannot be held liable. Please provide a secure delivery address. Signature on delivery is available upon request.


Order Processing

  • You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email once your purchase is placed (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days (custom orders may take longer).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking may take 1–2 days to update.
