We use generally use Australia Post to ship internationally. We also offer courier shipping - please contact us for a quote.

Standard shipping though Australia Post will be calculated at checkout.

You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. In some instances, tracking may not be available once shipment has left Australia. You can track you parcel via Please allow around 7-15 business days for delivery of goods.

Please be aware that duties and taxes may be payable at your cost when your order arrives into your country. You are able to get more information on these additional charges via your local customs office. Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded by Kailani The Label.



If you have purchased a pre-order item/s it will ship immediately after arrival to us. If you have ordered in-stock item/s with a pre-order item/s your whole order will ship with the pre-order item/s.  Please email us to arrange separate shipping if you would like one item to arrive straight away and we can email you a shipping invoice.

We cannot give exact despatch date for pre-orders until days before their arrival to us as our shipments can experience delays out of our control, but we will do our best to keep our customers updated on our website, email newsletter and social media. You will receive tracking info to the email you ordered with once it despatches to you.



The above time frames are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Kailani The Label will do its utmost to meet the indicated delivery times but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery. Please note that any parcels that return to us, will incur a reshipment fee. 



When you place an order for shipment with Kailani The Label you will be sent an Order Confirmation email first, please check the spam folder for this if you haven't received an email from us. I will then package your order up, & it will go out with our next postal run. You will then receive a second email with the tracking number for you to track, tracking sometimes can take a day or 2 to be updated.
